The master of Finnish design, Tapio Wirkkala (1915-1985) was skillful in handling and designing with a variety of materials. In Wirkkala's steel products, the clean lines of the products are emphasised by the different types of surface treatment, polishing and dulling. Wirkkala's designs, the timeless cutlery sets Tapio, Marski and Caravelle, are also available in steel. The range also includes vases, candle holders, bowls and other gift items.
